हमारे भारत देश में संभवतः राजस्थान के बूंदी जिले का तारागढ़ किला ही एक ऐसा दुर्ग माना जाता है जोकि अजेय रहा है। बूंदी में लगभग तीन किलोमीटर की परिधि में निर्मित इस दुर्ग की लगभग सात बार अभेद किलाबंदी की गई थी। बूंदी में हाड़ा राजपूत वंश का शासन था। एक बार मेवाड़ के महाराणा लाखा किसी बात पर बूंदी राज्य के हाड़ा राजपूतों से नाराज हो गए और आवेश में उन्होंने प्रण कर लिया कि जब तक वे बूंदी को जीत नहीं लेते अन्न और जल ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे। महाराणा के सरदारों ने महाराणा को बहुत समझाया कि किसी भी राज्य को इतनी शीघ्रता से नहीं जीता जा सकता और जिन हाड़ा राजपूतों के शौर्य के चर्चे हर जगह होते हैं उन हाड़ा राजपूतों की बूंदी को जीतना इतना तो आसान ही नहीं है, किन्तु महाराणा तो प्रण कर चुके थे। ऐसी स्थिति में मेवाड़  सरदारों के समक्ष विकट समस्या आ खड़ी हुई कि न तो बूंदी के हाड़ा राजपूतों को इतनी जल्दी हराया जा सकता है और न ही बूंदी को बगैर जीते महाराणा अपने प्रण से पीछे हटने वाले हैं, तो आखिर क्या किया जाये ?

बुजुर्गों से है परिवार की सुरक्षा

आज हम पाश्चात्य संस्कृति को अपना कर हम अपनी मूल संस्कृति और संस्कारों से दूर होते जा रहे हैं।  हम अपने बच्चों की उच्च शिक्षा के लिए तो चिंतित रहते हैं किन्तु हम अपने बच्चों को संस्कारित नहीं कर पा रहे हैं जिसके परिणामस्वयरूप नई पीढ़ी संस्कारविहीन होकर मात्र अपने स्वार्थ के वशीभूत क्या नहीं कर रही है।  इस स्थिति में सर्वाधिक पीड़ित पक्ष यदि है तो वह है वृद्धजन। समाचार पत्रों और न्यूज चैनल पर कई खबरें देख,सुन और पढ़कर बड़ा ही दुःख होता है कि उच्च शिक्षित बच्चे जिनके लिए उनके माता पिता ने अपनी समस्त इच्छाओं का गला घोंट कर उनके उज्जवल भविष्य के लिए अपने जीवन को दांव पर लगा दिया हैं वे ही बच्चे अपने माता पिता को कुछ नहीं समझते हैं और तो और उन्हें अपने साथ रखना तक नहीं चाहते, घर से बाहर कर देते है वृद्धाश्रम में छोड़ देते हैं।  आज ही मैंने एक कहानी पढ़ी, जो हो सकता है काल्पनिक हो किन्तु आज के परिपेक्ष्य में सत्यता के काफी करीब है, इसलिए आप सभी के साथ शेयर कर रहा हूँ।
